This Art Card Print is a reproduction of a Soft Pastel Painted during the stradaeasel 30 day challenge paint from life everyday September 30, 2019. I thank Strata easels for motivating artists to take time to daily practice and produce art from life.

The 30 days in September 2019 was toughest month with so much personal tragedy with my brother passing on Sept 18. On this day Sept 30th I got the pastels out, cleaned them, then painted this colorful abstract of my most loved food - the avocado. My brother James brought me the Haas avocado, the red plate is my sister Andi’s and the fabric pieces are from my moms huge collection of fabric  Art truly is therapy.
